Alicia Gray-Finch is an experienced and dedicated professional with over 15 years of work across youth engagement, safeguarding, education and the criminal justice system.
Passionate about empowering young people to thrive, Alicia brings strong leadership and a compassionate, evidence-informed approach to creating safe, supportive environments that foster growth, resilience and positive change.
